2. Use of Service

Screen Recorder Pro is provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Record content without proper authorization
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Record confidential or private information without consent

3. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Includes 1 hour recording limit per session, HD (720p) quality, up to 10 saved recordings, MP4 and WebM export formats, and 30 FPS frame rate.

Pro Plan: Includes unlimited recording time, up to 4K (2160p) quality, up to 2,000 saved recordings, all export formats (MP4, WebM, MKV, AVI, MOV, FLV, GIF), 60 FPS support, and priority customer support.

Plan features and limits are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice to users.

4. Refund Policy

Pro plan subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Screen Recorder Pro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss of data or recordings.
